LASH QUEEN POLICIES
Please read our policies before booking an appointment.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
Cancellation policy is 24 hours. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled after the 24 hour notice period, will incur a charge.
Full set cancellation charge - the deposit price.
Infill cancellation charge - 50% of the infill cost.​
Invoice will be sent via email and payable online before rebooking.
PATCH TESTS
All new clients need to have a patch test at least 48 hours before their full set appointment.
DEPOSITS
All deposits are non-refundable. They are transferable to another appointment as long as the cancellation policy isn’t breached.

PHOTO CONSENT
Photos/videos may be taken of our work and used for advertisements purposes.

BEING EARLY OR LATE
I currently do not have a waiting area so it is important you arrive to your appointment on time! If you arrive early, just message me and I will reply if I can see you sooner, if not you will be asked to wait in your car until your allotted time.

Please note every appointment is timed so turning up early does not mean you get extra time!

If you are late to your appointment, you will lose the time you weren't present for. So if you are 10 minutes late to 1hr infill, you will only get 50 mins infill and still be charged for the full hour.
